The terms that apply when you buy from ecomgoodies.store.

By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or priced in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through an encrypted payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as ECOM GOODIES.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Our returns terms are set out on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
