Shipping & returns

What it costs, when it arrives, and how to send something back.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or at a weekend or public holiday, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

Standard US delivery typically arrives within 3–6 working days of dispatch, depending on your distance from our facility. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

Cost

• Free on orders over $75

The exact shipping amount is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within the United States only.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Opened consumables — loose pens, paper, tape and similar — cannot be resold and so cannot be returned unless they were faulty on arrival.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email support@ecomgoodies.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
